Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) is an American independent pro wrestling promotion. It specializes in hardcore wrestling along with various martial arts techniques-based matches. This wrestling is also famous with the name Jersey Championship Wrestling (JCW) because it is based in New Jersey.

Ricky Otazu was the founder of this independent wrestling in January 1999. In memory of Rocky, they gave a ring named Rocky O. Its first match was held in New Jersey in 2000 after that they hosted Jersey J-Cup matches. These brought them high viewership and tournaments came out in 2004. After that company was sold to National Wrestling Superstars (NWS). In 2013, after the clash with NWS Otazu reclaimed his company and started to host the Jersey j-cup again. This company changed its brand name in June 2015 to Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) by its new owner Danny Demanto.

It is an independent professional wrestling promotion, GCW that broadcasts all of its tournaments from New Jersey, along with other states of the US, and at an international scale in Japan and Mexico.
